The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of animal products, meat and meat products to schools and educational institutions providing collective nutrition for children in the Ursynow District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw, corresponding in quality to detailed commercial (industry) standards and the general commercial standard of approxspecified in applicable legal provisions.
The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be implemented:
1) from the place of storage/warehousing of the products constituting the subject of the order, with a current decision issued by the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspection regardingwishing approval of a plant/warehouse subject to official control of the State Sanitary Inspection bodies in the scope of:
a) if the Contractor is a producer, production, storage, packaging and trade of agri-food products, or
b) if the Contractor is not a producer, storage,packaging and marketing of agri-food products;
2) using at least 4 (say: four) means of transport that meet sanitary requirements, in accordance with the Act on Food and Nutrition Safety, documented by current decisions or certificates or opinions issued by thethe competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspectorate regarding the means of transport meeting the requirements necessary to ensure hygiene in the trade of food products in terms of adaptation to the transport of food; The Ordering Party requires that the documents in question contain information about the registration number... - Documents:
