Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of animal products, meat and meat products to schools and educational institutions providing collective nutrition for children in the Ursynow District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as Recipients, qualitatively meeting detailed commercial (industry) standards and the general commercial standard specified in applicable law.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the order be as follows:
1) from the place where the products are stored/stored constituting the subject of the order, with a current decision issued by the competent authority of the Veterinary Inspection regarding the approval of an establishment conducting direct sales of products of animal origin;
2) using at least 6 (six) means of transport, meeting sanitary requirements, in accordance with the Act on Food and Nutrition Safety, documented by current decisions or certificates or opinions issued by the competent authority of the Veterinary Inspection regarding the fulfillment by means of transport of the requirements necessary to ensure hygiene
The Ordering Party requires that the documents in question contain information about the registration number of the means of transport to which they concern.
