Description:
Unrestricted tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PPL.
The subject of the order is "Successive deliveries of arthroscopic tower elements, implants and consumables for the operating theaterŚwiętokrzyskie Center for Pediatrics and the Provincial Hospital in Kielce.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantities are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment and price form.
Package No. 1 - Consumables compatible with the RF Synergy arthroscopic tower by Arthrexincluded in the Ordering Party's equipment.
Package No. 2 - Set for concentration of stem cells and platelets.
Package No. 3 - Endoprosthesis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint.
Package No. 4 - Kit for filling defects in bone or soft tissue.
Package No. 5 - Membrane for reconstruction ccartilage and bone in the knee and ankle joints.
Package No. 6 - Implant for the reconstruction of small joints of the hands and feet.
Package No. 7 - Bone cement with a mixer.
Package No. 8 - Meniscus suturing kit / bioabsorbable implant for bone fixation.
Package No. 9 - Locking plate system.
Package No. 10 - Zefusion of the tibia and femur as well as an implant for the sinus tarsi and for blocking the growth cartilage.
