Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of brand new tires for public transport buses that meet the technical and technological requirements referred to in the Specification of the Order Terms and the disposal of used tires. The procedure consists of 4 tasks.
The ordering party will reject the offer for pursuant to art. 393 section 1 point 4 of the Public Procurement Law, in which the share of products, including software used in the equipment of telecommunications networks, originating from European Union Member States, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of a Council decision shall not exceed 50%.
Task 1 - Tires 275/70R R-22.5 (minimum load index 152/148J)
Delivery of 275/70R R-22.5 tires (minimum load index 152/148J) with the parameters indicated in the SWZ, minimum quantity of tires ordered during the term of the contract will be: 40 pieces.
Task 2 - Tires 275/70R R-22.5 (minimum load index 152/150J)
Delivery of 275/70R R-22.5 tires (minimum load index 152/150J) with the parameters indicated in the SWZ, the minimum quantity of tires ordered during the contract period will be: 1,500 pieces.
Task 3 - Tires 245/70 R-19.5 (minimum load index 136L/134L)
Delivery of tires 245/70 R-19.5 (minimum load index 136L/134L) with the parameters indicated in the SWZ, the minimum quantity of tires ordered during the contract period will be: 50 pieces.
