Package 2: Successive delivery of 86" interactive monitors,
Package 3: Successive delivery of tablets Type 1,
Package 4: Successive delivery of tablets Type 2.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the forms of the required technical conditions, constituting respectively for the package1-4 Annexes No. 2.1 -2.4 to SWZ. The number of equipment has been specified in the offer forms, constituting for the package 1-4, Annexes 1.1 -1.4 to SWZ.
3. The contractor's obligations will include successive implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract,constituting Annex 6 to SWZ.
4. Bearing in mind the provisions of art. 455 para. 1 point 1 of the Act, the contracting authority allows the possibility of changing the contract to the extent specified in § 9 of the draft contract, Annex 6 to SWZ.
5. Due to the nature of the order (successive delivery of equipment, depending on the needs,In a period of 12 months) the subject of the contract can be implemented in part as part of various projects, including co-financed by European Union.supplies
