Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of consumables for computer printers, multifunction devices and photocopiers, within a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract, in accordance with the description and in the estimated quantities contained in the Forms. Pricing. A detailed description of the scope of the subject of the order is included in Chapters III and IV of this SWZ.4.2. The Ordering Party reserves that the contract will be concluded up to the amount intended to finance the order or up to the amount of the most advantageous offer if the offer this will exceed the amount intended for financing, and the Ordering Party will have financial resources. In the absence of financial resources for the offer exceeding the amount intended to finance the order, the Ordering Party will invalidate the procedure. In the case of conclusion of the contract, the maximum amount may be increased by the value of any indexation.4.3. The Ordering Party undertakes to use at least 60% of the amount specified in point 4.2 of SWZ4.4.
