1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of diesel oil for the needs of the Bobrowo Commune.2. Supplies of diesel oil for service vehicles of the Bobrowo commune to its own storage tank with a capacity of 2,500 liters. 2.1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of diesel oil to the company's own storage tank with a capacity of 2,500 liters located at the premises of the Ordering Party, Bobrowo 16A, in an estimated quantity of 32,000 l. Diesel oil offered to the Ordering Party must meet the standards and quality requirements for liquid fuels in accordance with the Act of August 25, 2006 on the quality monitoring and control system. fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1209) and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws, item 1018). Diesel oil should meet the quality requirements specified in the PN-EN 590.1 standard. The buyer will place the order once a month. One-off deliveries are expected in an estimated amount of 2,000 liters.
