2. The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil for Gminny Zakład Komunalny w Czernikowie Sp. z o. o. in 20263. The supplied diesel oil (summer, mid-season or winter depending on the season) should meet all required quality standards and has the required quality certificate.4. The place of delivery of diesel oil will be Gminny Zakład Komunalny w Czernikowie Sp. z o. o., ul. Lena 1, 87-640 Czernikowo. 5. Depending on its current needs, the Ordering Party will submit to the Contractor during the term of the contract individual orders for the supply of diesel oil. The Contractor will deliver the ordered goods at his own expense within 24 hours. from the moment of placing the order (excluding public holidays). 6. Deliveries will be accepted from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m Monday to Friday on working days. Diesel oil will be pumped through the upper filler hole into a tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters, owned by the Ordering Party, in an estimated amount of 35,000 liters throughout the duration of the contract. 7. The Ordering Party reserves the right purchase of a smaller or larger quantity, which cannot constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims. Replace...
