Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of a task called: Successive deliveries of diesel oil to the tank located at the company's headquarters in Nowa Chema 3. The material scope includes successive deliveries of summer and winter diesel oil, meeting the requirements of the PN-EN 590 standard and also corresponding to requirements contained in the legal regulations in force on the date of delivery, in particular: the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of March 25 2010 on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 247). The scope of the order includes, among others: supplies of diesel oil in 2026 with a total maximum amount of 75,000.00 liters (hereinafter referred to as l). The amount shown is the maximum amount estimated on the basis of wear and tear from previous years. This amount may be reduced during the term of the contract, and the contractor is not entitled to any claims in this regard, provided that this amount is not less than PLN 52,500.00.
