Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of diesel oil (diesel appropriate to the climatic conditions) in the amount of approx. 80,000 liters to a Fuelmaster tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters, located at the enterprise's base in Nowa Dba, ul. Lena 1. Oil should complies with the PN-EN 590:2011 standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). Fuel must have a valid certificate/quality certificate with each delivery.2. The subject of the order will be collected by the ordering party successively, according to his needs, by delivery to the above-mentioned tank. One-off deliveries will cover up to 5,000 liters and will be made on business days based on placed orders. Item delivery the order will be fulfilled by a tanker truck with a meter at the Contractor's expense.3.
