The subject of the procedure and order is to select a Contractor for the successive delivery of disposable laboratory materials (Falcon tubes, serological pipettes, cell culture bottles, safe-lock tubes) for the units. organizational units of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Krakow, respectively from one to four parts of the order.1.1 The subject of the order is divided into four parts.1.1.1 In the scope of part I, the subject of the order is the supply of Falcon tubes for the organizational units of the Jagiellonian University CM.1.1.2 In the scope of part II, the subject of the order is the supply of serological pipettes for the organizational units of the Jagiellonian University CM.1.1.3 In the scope of part III, the subject of the order is the delivery of cell culture bottles for the units organizational units of the Jagiellonian University CM.1.1.4 Within the scope of part IV, the subject of the order is the supply of safe-lock tubes for organizational units of the Jagiellonian University CM.1.2 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the measures public funds, which the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order, have not been awarded to it.1.3 Subject matter of the contract...
