The subject of the order are successive deliveries of dressing materials, endoscopic markers and vascular clips along with lending clips for the healthcare team in Bolesławiec. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a price form - Annex 2.1-2.6 to SWZ. Every contractorHe can submit only one offer for the entire order or a given task/ task in writing, under pain of nullity. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order or for a given task/ task, all offers of this contractor will be rejected by the contracting authority.The order consists of 6 tasks. The Employer allows for partial offers. The Employer will consider the offer submitted to all positions in a given task as a partial offer. The contracting authority does not allow submission of offers for individual items.
