The subject of this order is the successive deliveries of medicines to the National Institute Oncology named after Maria Skłodowska Curie of the National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, therefore the subject of the order is divided into 5 separate tasks, including: task no. 1.Amivantamab + Lazertinib task no. 2. Lisocabtagene maraleucel task no. 3 Palopegteriparatide task no. 4. Pemigatinib task no. 5. Serplulimab 3. Description of the subject of the order and terms of execution of the order are included in the annexes: 1) Assortment and price specification - Annex No. 2.1-2.5 to SWZ, 2) Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract - Annex No. 4.1-4.2 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party did not conduct preliminary market consultations. 5. The Ordering Party does not anticipate any orders supplementary. 6. Information on the joint application of Contractors for the award of the contract is included in Chapter IX of the SWZ. 7. The validity period of the offer is: 120 days. The validity period of the offer begins upon the expiry of the submission deadline offers. This day is the first day of the offer validity period.
