- 1. The subject of this order is the successive deliveries of medicines to the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party.
2. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, and therefore the subject The order is divided into 2 separate tasks, including:
1)Erdafitinib
2) Vipivotide tetraxetan Lu-177
3. Description of the subject of the order and terms of execution of the order are included in the annexes:
1)1) Assortment and price specification - Annex No. 2.1-2.2 to SWZ,
2) Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract - Annex No. 4.1-4.2 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting offers for selected tasks, but does not allow the possibility of submitting offers for any selected items in the tasks, individual tasks must be priced for the full scope given by Ordering Party. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract in a given task will be rejected.
5. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks. The ordering party does not limit the number of parts of the contract that may be awarded to one contractor.
6. The most advantageous offer will be selected separately for each task.
7. The Ordering Party did not conduct preliminary market consultations.
8. The Ordering Party does not provide for additional orders.
9. Information on the joint application of Contractors for the award of the contract is included in Chapter IX of the SWZ.
