The subject of the order is successive deliveries of endoprostheses and orthopedic implants together with instruments for SP ZOZ MSWiA in Krakow. The order is divided into 11 parts within 11 packages. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference. OpThis should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, e.g. as a result of answers to Contractors' inquiries. The quantities given are the estimated demand for a period of 24 months and are used to calculate the offer price (i.e. to determine the maximum remuneration for the Contractor). WITHthe ordering party reserves the right to resign from the purchase of a part of the assortment resulting from the lack of demand.
