Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of factory new, complete spare parts of the original spare parts to the official vehicles of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Rzeszow according to the assortment and price list of the part, specified in Table 1-226 of Annex 2 to SWZ-offer form Ithe remaining range of spare parts, accessories, materials with a volume of 25 % as well as tools and workshop equipment with a discount of 15 % and the contractor's offer. The original part is understood as the "Q" directory assortment in accordance with the uniform information system about the quality of the partsmoved by the Association of Automotive Parts.
2. Detailed characteristics of the subject of the contract are Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and Annex 2 to SWZ - offer form.
3. In question, evidence
1) to confirm consistent suppliesWith the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority requires that the Contractor together with the offer provides the Employer with a link to the program (internet platform) in the test version to test its functionality;
2) in accordance with the provision of art. 107 para. 2 of the PZP Act, ifThe Contractor will not submit, together with the offer of the subject, or the submitted proof of evidence will be incomplete, the contracting authority will call the contractor to submit them or supplement them within the prescribed period.
