- 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of food products for the needs of Bursa No. 6 to four locations: at ul. Okopowa 55a, ul. KsiΔ
cia Janusza 45/47, ul. DΕuga 18/20, ul. Zagojska 3 in the capital city of Warsaw, divided into 6 parts:
Part 1 delivery of meat, cold cuts and fish,
Part 2 delivery of vegetables and fruits,
Part 3 frozen food delivery,
Part 4 delivery of general food products,
Part 5 bread delivery,
Part 6 dairy products delivery,
in accordance with Annex No. 1 (offer form) and Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ (price form).
2. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of submission partial offers for individual parts listed in the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several parts or the entire subject of the contract, including parts no. 1 to 6. Each part of the subject of the contract will be assessed separately.
3. The order will be processed according to dietary needs Ordering Party.
4. The quantities of products given in the price forms (Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ) are estimated quantities that the Ordering Party intends to be implemented during the term of the Agreement, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to exhaust whole subject of the order, i.e. resignation from the parts of the order covered by the Agreement up to 30% of the value of the Agreement, without any claims on the part of the Contractor in this respect.
