Description:
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of food packages as part of the SAFE HAVEN Project - support for people in crisis of homelessness staying in Poznań. Food packages are intended to provide people in the crisis of homelessness staying in non-residential places in the city Gaining access to food products that are ready for direct consumption or require only hot water for preparation before consumption.2) The order envisages the delivery of a maximum of 2,100 packages in total. Each package of foodstuffs must be placed in a separate lightweight package, enabling its free transfer.3) Deliveries will be made successively, in the amount of 300 packages in one tranche, on 7 dates indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the contract.
