Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Successive deliveries of food products for the needs of the Małopolska Science Center Cogiteon.
2. The order includes:
Part I Dry and canned goods.
Part II Dairy.
Part III Meat - poultry, pork, beef, cold cuts, game.
Part IV Fish.
Part V Frozen vegetables and fruits.
Part VI Fresh vegetables and fruits.
Part VII Delicatessen products.
Part VIII Baking items and sweet and salty snacks.
3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for all parts - the Contractor may submit an offer for any part quantity of parts.
A full partial offer must include the valuation of all product items included in a given part (Appendices No. 2.1. to 2.8. to the SWZ), otherwise it will be rejected due to the non-compliance of its content with the terms of the order.
4.Transportation costs and insurance of the subject of the order for the duration of transport, unloading and carrying in is borne by the Contractor.
