Description:
Part 1: Bread deliveries. a) Bread deliveries will be made every day from Monday to Friday until 7:30 a.m. to the kindergarten in Jemielnica and until 8:00 a.m. to branch offices. b) Bread cannot be frozen or defrosted. c) Bread cannot be baked from frozen dough. d) Bread must be fresh, soft, crispy, without traces of water and moisture, made of the highest quality ingredients, produced no earlier than 6 hours from the planned delivery. e) The contractor is obliged to provide the product with a label containing the name and list of ingredients used to produce the bread. It is permissible presenting a document with a list of ingredients used to produce the delivered bread.1. The subject of the order includes successive deliveries, along with unloading in the Ordering Party's warehouses, of food products to the Public Kindergarten in Jemielnica.2. Deliveries and unloading in the warehouse of the Ordering Party, will be realized in the quantities resulting from orders placed by telephone or e-mail with a minimum of one day in advance, to the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. to the Public Kindergarten in Jemielnica, ul.
