Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of food products to the Social Welfare Home for Chronically Somatically Ill People in Myśliborz for 2026, divided into 10 parts.
Part No. 1 Successful deliveries of vegetables and fruit
Vegetables and fruits should be:
− fresh, firm, ripe, juicy, healthy and clean,
− shape and color typical of the variety, fruit flesh juicy, without traces of mold,
− properly developed with typical coloring, without visible spots,
− medium size unacceptable: overripe, overgrown or underripe,
− without mechanical or foreign damage bodies,
− free from pests and damage caused by them, without foreigners
odors, tastes, signs of rot and mold, no sunburn.
− Inadmissible: brewing, over-freezing, freezing, product residues
plant protection, rot and rot, and mold.
Part No. 2 Successful deliveries of frozen vegetables and fruit
Frozen products should have the following characteristics:
− appearance fruit or vegetables are clean, loose, not icy, without solids
conglomerates, without mechanical damage,
− taste and smell in the frozen state characteristic, slightly weakened, without foreign odors and aftertastes,
− healthy fruits and vegetables without damage caused by diseases or
pests.

Processed vegetables and fruits should be delivered in tight, undamaged packaging
