1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of vegetables and fresh fruit to the organizational units of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in the city of Olsztyn in the period January - June 2026. according to individual orders submitted by telephone by the Ordering Party's employees.2. Type of vegetables and fruits fresh and the size of the order were specified in the price form, Annex No. 1A to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party requires that fresh vegetables and fruits be delivered to the Ordering Party taking into account the price notes of Warszawski Rolno-Spoyczny Rynek Hurtowy S.A. Bronisze (https://www.bronisze.com.pl).4. Performer will apply a permanent discount indicated in the offer from the maximum prices published in weekly price quotations on the website www.bronisze.com.pl. Gross prices for the Ordering Party will include the permanent discount indicated in the offer during the term of the contract. 5. Ordering will be every week (every Tuesday) provides organizational units with price quotations of the Warsaw Agro-Food Wholesale Market S.A. Bronisze.
