Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Successive deliveries of frozen food for the needs of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Tycu Maym.2. Implementation conditions: 1) The Contractor will deliver the ordered goods at his own expense and risk in the quantities and dates indicated by the Ordering Party between 6.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. from Monday to Friday, while special deliveries will be delivered within max. up to 180 minutes from the moment of placing the order.2) Delivery of the goods includes bringing and unloading the goods to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.3) Orders for products will be placed by phone or e-mail at least one day in advance, at the same time, the ordering party reserves the right to correct the quantity of the ordered goods by phone, depending on current needs.4) The ordered food products should be delivered to the ordering party's registered office in intact packaging, together with the original invoice.5) Deliveries will be made by car. meeting sanitary and HACCP requirements for the transport of food, and the transport and storage conditions will be consistent with the applicable HACCP principles.6) The goods will be collected on the basis of a correctly issued invoice, therefore the name of the delivered goods will be fact...
