Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of fuel oil for heating purposes in schools in the Baboszewo commune in an estimated amount of 45,000 dm3, including: 1) Primary School. Fr. MK. Sarbiewskiego in Sarbiewo, Sarbiewo 17, 09-130 Baboszewo in the estimated amount of 20,000 dm32) Primary School. John Brodeckiego w Polesie, Polesie 9, 09-130 Baboszewo in an estimated amount of 25,000 dm3 2. The amounts of fuel oil are estimated (based on purchases from the last 12 months) and are only used to calculate the offer price, compare offers and select the best offer. Actual oil demand heating may differ from the forecast. The Ordering Party specifies that the amount of purchased heating oil will be no less than 40,500 dm3. The Ordering Party forecasts that the maximum quantity of purchased heating oil should not exceed 49,500 dm3. The minimum volume of a single delivery is 5,000 dm3. The Ordering Party will pay for quantities of fuel oil actually delivered. 3.
