- Description:
- The subject of the order is the successive delivery of light fuel oil for heating purposes to oil boiler rooms of public primary schools in the Rudniki commune for 2026 (a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 6 to SWZ). The ordering party is Rudniki Commune proceedings on behalf of public primary schools in the Rudniki Commune. The offered fuel oil must meet the requirements specified in the Polish Standard PN-C-96024: 2020-12 Petroleum products. Heating oils. The contractor is obliged to provide them with each delivery a legible copy of the fuel oil quality certificate (certificate) confirmed to be true to the original by the Contractor and proof of issue for the supplied fuel oil. The unit price of fuel oil during the term of the contract will be each time determined as the net price of the oil heating oil applicable to the oil producer (published on the manufacturer's website on the day of delivery) increased by the amount of the margin and reduced by the Contractor's discount in accordance with the submitted offer. The amount of discount and margin is constant throughout the duration of the contract and corresponds values indicated by the Contractor in the offer submitted and accepted by the Ordering Party.
