Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of food products to St. Social Welfare Home Józefa in Mienia in 2026, divided into 7 parts orders. Meat and cold cuts A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in the Price Form table constituting Appendix No. 2 of the SWZ. Detailed terms of order execution: The order will be implemented successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party, by the Contractor's own transport, at his expense and risk. The contractor must include costs in the offer price transport to the Saint's Social Welfare Home Józefa in Mienia, ul. Księżnej Anna Mazowiecka 138, 05-319 Cegłów. Successive deliveries, between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the request of the Ordering Party minimum 24 hours before delivery. In case of change of working hours, hours deliveries may change. The Ordering Party will notify the Contractor in writing at: the indicated e-mail address about this fact, at least 2 days before its introduction changes. Quantities of goods and their delivery values specified in the Price Form - Appendix No. 2 to SWZ are the estimated quantities given for the purpose of making the assessment i selecting the most advantageous offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right reductions in writing of the quantities, values and frequencies agreed in the contract deliveries in situations where the Ordering Party could not have foreseen it at the time of its conclusion (e.g. changes in the number of people fed).
