- PART 1: Chicken eggs 1. The order execution includes timely delivery of chicken eggs from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday. 2. The contractor must be available every business day. The Ordering Party will not adapt delivery dates to the possibilities logistics and distribution of the Contractor.3.The Contractor undertakes to maintain appropriate transport conditions for the delivered goods.4.The delivered eggs must be class A, weighing 53-63 g (weight class M), fresh, clean with intact shell, with at least 14-day expiry date, packed in 30 pieces. 5. The Contractor is obliged to provide a commercial identification document with each delivery of the goods.
