Description:
The subject of the order is successive, non-cash deliveries of heating oil according to the ordering party's demand of approximately 200,000 l, meeting the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding the sulfur content of oils and types installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008, as amended), in accordance with the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard or equivalent. The above quantities are estimated quantities, indicated only for the purpose of selecting the most advantageous offer, and the quantities purchased by the Ordering Party during the period performance of the contract, you do not have to cover them. The Ordering Party guarantees that it will purchase from the Contractor at least 60% of the total amount of liters of fuel specified by the Ordering Party. Fuel oil deliveries must be made using specialized means of transport with current technical tests and certificates and equipped with with a verified oil pumping counter and other devices necessary for trouble-free pumping of oil into the tanks.
