Description:
The subject of the order is to ensure successive deliveries of liquid fuels: diesel oil (standard), diesel oil (with improved low-temperature properties), LPG, and propane-butane gas in 11 kg cylinders.
Successive deliveries of diesel oil
1) Subject order themst ensuring successive deliveries of the following liquid fuels:
a) Diesel oil (standard, suitable for climatic conditions) in the amount of approximately 1,150 m3
b) Diesel oil (with improved low-temperature properties) in the amount of approximately 10 m3
2) Deliveries will be made by the Contractor at the own expenseasny.
3) The quantities of fuel delivered will be settled at a reference temperature of 15C.
4) The offered fuels must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws . from 2023r. item 1314) and in the Polish Standard:
a) diesel oil (standard diesel fuel) - PN-EN 590,
b) diesel oil (diesel oil with improved low-temperature fuels) - PN-EN 590,
5) The fuels offered by the Contractor must meet conditions of admission to marketing and use in Poland
6) Payment terms for Mrliquid supplies:
The payment due for the performance of the contract will be made by transfer to the Contractor's bank account based on VAT invoices, in compliance with the prices and deadlines specified by the parties in the contract.
