- The subject of the order is: Successive deliveries of liquid fuels to the District Roads Authority in Hajnowka in 2026.1. The order is divided into two parts: Part 1 Successive deliveries of liquid fuels at the Contractor's station Part 2 Successive deliveries of light fuel oil to the Ordering Party's headquarters2. The ordering party does not allow it submitting variant offers.3. Contractors are obliged to indicate in their offer the scope of supplies the implementation of which they intend to entrust to subcontractors [declaration required in the above-mentioned scope is included in the offer form].4. Entrusting the performance of part of the subject of the order to a subcontractor or subcontractors requires the conclusion of a subcontracting agreement, which should be understood as an agreement in written form for a fee, concluded between the Contractor and another entity (subcontractor), as well as between the subcontractor and a further subcontractor or between further subcontractors, pursuant to which the subcontractor or further subcontractor, respectively, subcontractor, undertakes to perform part of the order.5.
