Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of liquid helium and liquid nitrogen 5.0 for INTiBS in Wrocław in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, divided into two tasks - on the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contracts, in the annexes to the draft contracts and in the SWZ. Subject of the order was divided into parts (two tasks). The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for any number of tasks. Task 1 includes: Successive deliveries of liquid helium in a maximum amount of 8,500 liters. Task 2 includes: Successive deliveries of liquid nitrogen 5.0 in a maximum amount of 130,000 kg. The subject of the order should be performed based on the quality parameters and requirements indicated in the descriptions of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft contract - Task 1 - OPZ and Annex No. 1 to the draft contract - Task 2 - OPZ. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of implementation contain draft contracts with annexes (Detailed descriptions of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to the draft contract - Task 1 - OPZ and Annex No. 1 to the draft contract - Task 2 - OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ for task No. 1 and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ for task No. 2.
