- 1) The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medical materials for the preparation of cytostatics. 2) The subject of the order was divided into 4 tasks.3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.4) All proper names of products and materials as well as standards and certificates referred to alternatively, the specifications are intended to define the specified standard of workmanship and properties as well as technical requirements assumed for the subject of the order. In this case, the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent solutions. 5) If the Ordering Party indicates any trademarks, patents in the description of the subject of the order or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters, etc.6) If the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2) and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows...
