Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicinal products and prescription substances to the Hospital Pharmacy of the Health Care Complex in Bolesławiec. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form - Annex No. 2.1-2.15 to the SWZ. Each Contractor may submit only one offerfor the entire order or a given task/tasks in writing under pain of nullity. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order or for a given task/tasks, all offers of this Contractor will be rejected by the Ordering Party. The order consists of 15tasks. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party will consider an offer submitted for all items in a given task to be a partial offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers for single items.
