Description:
1. The subject of this order is the successive, depending on current needs, delivery of motor fuels for the Ordering Party's service vehicles and other equipment (gardening and snow-blowing equipment), in a total amount of 27,000 liters, within a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, on the terms specified in The draft contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.2. The fuel will be delivered via a network of gas stations located in Poland (at least 30 stations), including at least one station located at a distance of no more than 10 km from the Ordering Party's transport base at ul. Pawiskiego 3 in Warsaw.3. The Contractor's obligations will include: 1) ensuring the availability of fuels in the network of gas stations referred to in section 2, open at least from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 7 days a week; 2) issuing electronic cards with a PIN code to the Ordering Party, up to 10 days after signing the Agreement, enabling fuel collection and settlement.
