Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of ophthalmic products. The order is divided into 5 parts within 5 packages. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2 to this specification. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, being, for example, the result of responses to Contractors' inquiries. The given quantities are estimated demand for a period of 24 months and are used to calculate the offer price (i.e. determine the Contractor's maximum remuneration). The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from purchasing part of the product range resulting from lack of demand.
The Contractor will create an appropriate deposit of lenses with the Ordering Party for the duration of the contract; a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
