Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of ophthalmic products. The order is divided into 5 parts within 5 packages. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2 to this specification. This description should be read together with possible changes to the content of the specifications, e.g. as a result of responses to Contractors' inquiries. The given quantities are estimated demand for a period of 24 months and are used to calculate the offer price (i.e. determine the maximum remuneration Contractors). The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from purchasing part of the product range due to lack of demand. Package No. 1 lenses, sets necessary for cataract surgery using the Phacoemulsification method, a set of drapes. Contractor for the duration of the contract will create an appropriate deposit of lenses with the Ordering Party; a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
