Description:
The Ordering Party plans to complete the orders successively depending on needs. Due to changes in drugs used in the treatment of lung cancer and drugs available under the drug program for the treatment of lungs and pulmonary fibrosis, at the moment the Ordering Party is not able to precisely determinequantity of parts of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the names of the product range, estimated quantities and division into parts, will be specified in the Product and Price Form, which is an annex to the SWZ. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in applicable law, it mustć approved for trading and have the legally required documents confirming approval for use in Poland. The subject of the order must be authorized for trading and use in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 6, 2001. Pharmaceutical Law (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301) and have a MZ registration certificate. Detailed information regarding the order and the division into individual parts will be available on the Ordering Party's purchasing platform https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/centrrumpluc/proceedings and in the announcement published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
