Ladies and Gentlemen, I hereby invite you to submit an offer for the supply of parts/materials in accordance with the specifications included on the eB2B Platform. The offer should be sent via the platform in accordance with the procedure on the system form or added as an Excel file. Offers sent after the deadline will not be considered. Other terms of the request for quotation: - unless otherwise indicated in the specification, the place of delivery of the goods is the Central Warehouse of MPK SA. Address: MPK SA, Warehouse Centralny, ul. J. Brożek 3, 30-347 Kraków. The cost of transport is each time borne by the Contractor, - if the price is presented in a currency, please provide the exchange rate table according to which the conversion of the amount due into PLN will be made, - payment for the delivered goods will be made by transfer within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice, provided that the delivery specified in the invoice is fully completed, - the Seller provides a warranty for the delivered parts for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of delivery - any complaints will be considered by the seller within 14 business days from the date of submitting the complaint electronically. The costs of processing the complaint, including collection and return of parts, are borne by the Contractor. Complaint proceedings are based on documentation Ordering Party.
