Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of pork, beef, poultry and their products to educational institutions of the Chojna Commune, hereinafter referred to as products or goods in accordance with Annexes No. 2 to the SWZ, for the purpose of preparing meals for students and children in 2026. 2. In order to confirm, that the offered products meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to attach product cards to the offer for items no.: 3,4,8,9,10,12,14,15,16,17,18,22,28,31,33,34,35,36,40,42.3. The goods will be delivered by the Contractor using its own transport, at its expense, in appropriate circumstances packaging ensuring proper protection of the transported items and their unloading to the Ordering Party's warehouse. 4. The Contractor will be obliged to unload the goods and transport them to the premises indicated by an authorized employee of the Ordering Party. 5. The subject of the order has been specified by indicating objective technical and quality features and standards. 6. Any names (trademarks, if applicable) provided by the Ordering Party are exemplary and their indication is intended to determine the expected lowest standard...
