Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select the Contractor for the successive deliveries of portable computers and docking stations for the organizational units of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 The subject of the order may be financed or co-financed in in particular from European Union funds or other funds obtained under projects or contracts or external programs or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University Medical College and those implemented in the future.1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying technical and functional parameters and requirements, or their maximum or minimum ranges or other necessary features and parameters with additional points, is included in Annex A to the Offer Form, which is an integral part SWZ.1.4 The material scope included in the price calculation, which constitutes Annex B to the offer form, is...
