Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of preparations for cleaning and disinfection as well as preparations for washing and patient care for the University Clinical Hospital. Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszów. 2. Detailed description of items orders, estimated quantity and requirements are presented in: Price and offer forms for Parts No. 1÷15 (Appendices No. 1 to the SWZ), which are an integral part of the SWZ. 3. The scope of the order includes the delivery of the order items in the specified quantities v Price and offer forms for Parts No. 1÷15 (Appendices No. 1 to the SWZ), which are an integral part of the SWZ, for a period of: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 5. The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent: Whenever the description of the subject of the contract mentions standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 Pzp, it is assumed that such indications accompanied by the words "or equivalent". A contractor who refers in his offer to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate in his offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 PZP that the solutions proposed by him equally meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order. 6.
