- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of articles with a logo for the Warsaw School of Economics.
2. The order is divided into parts:
1) Part 1 - delivery of scarves and ties with the logo,
2) Part 2 - delivery of sweatshirts and T-shirts with the logo,
3) Part 3 - delivery of calendars with the logo,
4) Part 4 - deliveryawa diploma covers, notebooks and gift bags with the logo,
5) Part 5 - delivery of various articles with the logo.
3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ") according to the given part of the order in accordance with the above-mentioned attachment.connectors to SWZ:
1) Annex No. 2.1 for part 1 - delivery of scarves and ties with the logo,
2) Annex No. 2.2 for part 2 - delivery of sweatshirts and T-shirts with the logo,
3) Annex No. 2.3 for part 3 - delivery of calendars with logo,
4) Annex No. 2.4 for part 4 - delivery of diploma covers, notebooks and bagsitems with a logo,
5) Annex No. 2.5 for part 5 - delivery of various articles with a logo.
4. The conditions and method of implementing the subject of the order are specified in the contract template (hereinafter referred to as the "contract template"), constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
