Description:
1. The subject of this order is the successive deliveries of reagents - basic chemical compounds for laboratory use, specified in terms of type and quantity in the Assortment and Price Form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, subject to section 2 and following.2. Subject of the order specified in Annex No. 2, was prepared on the basis of the analysis of successive deliveries of reagents - basic chemical compounds for laboratory applications, made over the last 24 months, taking into account quantitative changes necessary for the implementation of scientific and research programs.3. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the DNSH (No Significant Harm) principle, included in the Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework facilitating sustainable investments, the so-called taxonomy, at least to the extent specified in Chapter XI of the SWZ.
