1. The subject of this order is the successive deliveries of reagents, consumables and mutation detection kits for the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice.
2. Description of the subject of the order and terms of execution of the order are included in the annexes (as appropriate for a given task):
1) Product and price specification - Annex No. 2.1/2.8 to SWZ,
2) Draft provisions agreements that will be included in the content of the agreement - Annex No. 4.1/4.3 to the SWZ.
The subject of the contract is divided into eight separate tasks.
The contractor may submit offer for any number of tasks.
5. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract in a given task will be rejected.
6. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers - the description of equivalence is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ.
7. The Ordering Party does not plan to convene a meeting Contractors to clarify the content of the SWZ and does not provide for an on-site visit.
8. The Ordering Party does not provide for electronic auctions or supplementary orders.
