along with transport and bringing to the place indicated by the contracting authority. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a price form- Annex 2.1-2.2 to SWZ. Each contractor maysubmit only one offer for the entire order or a given task/ task in writing, under pain of nullity. If the Contractor is submitted more than one offer for the entire order or for a given task/tasks, all offers of this Contractor will be rejected by the Ordering Party.The order consists of 2 tasks.
The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual tasks in accordance with the price form - Annex 2.1 - 2.2 to SWZ. The Employer will consider the offer submitted to all positions in a given task as a partial offer. The contracting authority does not allowsubmitting offers for individual items.
