Description:
1. The subject of the order is: "Successful deliveries of small equipment and disposable items for endoscopic examinations and procedures."
A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price form and appendices No. 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 to the SWZ - Draft contracts.
2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered quantities of packages in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ should be rounded up to 1 package.
The offered subject of the order cannot be to repeat.
Numbering according to SWZ:
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Number of packages - 11. Number of parts for which an offer can be submitted - 11. The Ordering Party will consider an offer submitted for all items in a given package to be a partial offer. The contractor may submit an offer for all of them parts.
The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of equivalent offers.
The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers (Article 92 of the Act).
The Ordering Party does not envisage concluding a framework agreement.
The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 pts. 7 and 8 of the Act.
