Description:
3.1 The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of small laboratory equipment for the healthcare team in Bolesławiec together with transport and bringing to the Employer's warehouses.
3.2-tip-tone description of the subject of the contract contains the price form- Annex 2.1-2.3 to SWZ.In Annex 2.1-2.3 to SWZ, as required technical and utility parameters, they constitute a detailed description of the subject of the contract, which failure to meet the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement LawThe parameters specified in SWZ and attachments as well as the quality requirements specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation for a given product, be brand new (and category), unused and free from defects, and have intact features of the original packaging, with the manufacturer and catalog number (ifoccurs).
