The proceedings are conducted within the SKW under a restricted tender pursuant to Art. 375 of the Public Procurement Law, according to which submission for publication in the Journal of Laws The EU notice on the qualification system of economic operators constitutes an invitation to compete for a contract and may constitute an initiation limited tender procedure. The Ordering Party established the SKW by announcement 2023/S 220-693956 of November 15, 2023, amended by announcement No. 176386-2025 published on March 19, 2025. The SKW is established until November 15, 2025. The offer should be prepared in Polish. Offer and attached to it documents and declarations should be submitted via the purchasing platform https://mpk-krakow.eb2b.com.pl The offer (all documents constituting the offer, including the price form) should be submitted under pain of invalidity in electronic form, i.e. as an Electronic document signed by a qualified electronic signature by persons authorized to represent the Contractor. Other information regarding the method of preparing and submitting the offer and other documents and declarations is described in Chapter XII of the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that price forms be prepared in the form of an electronic catalog i.e. for each task, it is required to provide a price form in the form of a spreadsheet (e.g. *.xlsx, *.xls or similar format) in a format suitable for automated data processing.
