- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of 85 Wildcard DV (Domain Validation) SSL certificates in electronic form with an annual validity counted from the moment of certificate activation, enabling the security of any number of subdomains within one main domain.
2. Detailed The description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. Order completion date: 24 months from the moment of signing the contract or until the maximum number of Certificates indicated in the SOPZ is reached, whichever comes first.
4. Method of evaluating offers: Ordering party making a selection the most advantageous offer from among the offers that cannot be rejected, submitted in response to the contract notice, will be guided by the criterion and its meaning and will evaluate the offers within the framework of this offer evaluation criterion. The Ordering Party will award the order to the Contractor who receives the Offer the highest number of points.
5. The Ordering Party does not allow for the possibility of conducting negotiations in order to improve the content of offers submitted in response to contract notice.
