Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of gases to the Ordering Party's registered office together with the lease of cylinders for a period of 12 months, according to the table below. The order also includes delivery costs to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, including fees related to the proper transport of gas cylinders (road toll, ADR, etc.). The gases constituting the subject of the order must come from current production and have all the approvals and certificates required by law allowing them to be traded in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Leased cylinders in which gas will be supplied must be technically functional and up-to-date legalization valid throughout the entire duration of the contract, and has markings in accordance with currently applicable law. The supply of gases will be carried out by replacing the leased, empty cylinder with a filled cylinder by the Contractor. The contractor must provide an appropriate document with each delivery (safety data sheet, quality certificate or gas purity certificates). The above-mentioned quantities of gas cylinders are estimated values. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the order in full, i.e. in the quantity specified in the above. table...
